Henry Scheff - Pension Crisis in Illinois

Hank Scheff, a longtime Communications Director and AFSCME (American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees) consultant, discusses the union's position on Illinois's current pension crisis, a situation, as explained by Scheff, that has been building for decades.
