Museum and library veteran Christina Shutt to lead ALPLM

Shutt currently heads the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center, the African American history and culture center for the state of Arkansas. She will the be the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum's fifth director and first person of color to lead the ALPLM.

Lincoln Presidential Library closing again to protect public health

The Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum will help save lives by closing again to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Thursday, Nov. 19, will be our last day for at least a month. Our library staff will continue to help researchers online and by telephone, and we will offer online events.

Presidential library to reopen July 1

After a series of changes to protect visitor health, the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum is finalizing plans to reopen to the public on Wednesday, July 1.
