Welcome to ALPLM’s Education site. Taking inspiration from President Lincoln’s beliefs on the importance of education, we highlight the importance of historical scholarship and learning, while engaging our community around the life and legacy of President Lincoln and the diverse history of the state of Illinois.
To this end, we provide hands-on, expert-led enhancement programs, share a wide variety of teaching and classroom resources with educators, create relevant and standards-aligned professional development, and oversee the Illinois History Day competition.
