Jerrod Welch - Tumultuous 2020

Jerrod Welch has served as the Adams County Health Department Administrator since 2012. In this interview he details the way COVID-19 impacted Adams County and the health department. He describes the different methods the health department utilized in order to ease the impact of the virus. He outlines the services the health department offers and how they were impacted by the virus, as well as the additional services they began to offer as a result of the pandemic. He closes with a description of the virus's impact on his personal life.
