Roger Eddy - School District Reorganization

Roger Eddy, a career educator who served as District Superintendent of the Hutsonville, Illinois school district, was elected to the Illinois House of Representatives in 2002, lays out the various types of school reorganization possible in Illinois, and the incentives and challenges of school districts consolidating and reorganizing.
