Sara Sielaff - Tumultuous 2020

Sara Sielaff, Vice Principal and former pre-school teacher at Zion Lutheran School in Lincoln,IL, discusses the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. First, as a pre-school teacher, she describes the struggle of helping young students learn from home during the spring of 2020. She also discusses her experience transitioning to an administrative role as Vice Principal and the challenges of completing in-person but social-distanced learning in the autumn and spring semesters of the 2020-2021 school year.
