Linnea Windel - Tumultuous 2020

Linnea Windel has served as the president & CEO of VNA Health Care since 1999. As a non-profit hospital, VNA works largely with Medicaid and uninsured patients. Throughout the interview, Windel discusses how VNA organized mass COVID-19 testing and vaccinations sites, how they adjusted to continue providing healthcare services with COVID-19 mitigations, and how their safety protocols were developed.
