Sean Vinck - Governor Pat Quinn Project

Sean Vinck joined Lt. Governor Pat Quinn's team in February 2007 and thereafter served in a variety of key administrative positions with Quinn, starting as legislative counsel during Quinn's remaining time as Lt. Following Rod Blagojevich's removal from office in January 2009, Vinck became Quinn's Chief Legislative Counsel, and in October the Chief of Intergovernmental Affairs during a time where Gov. Quinn scored several key policy successes. In February 2011 Vinck became the governor's Chief Information Officer, a position he held until Quinn's defeat in the gubernatorial election of 2014.
