Richard Irvin - Tumultuous 2020

Robert Irvin served as mayor of Aurora, Illinois, the state's second largest city, beginning in 2017. His time as mayor included the years of the COVID-19 pandemic, and he discusses the pandemic's impact on his city in detail.
