Tim Rater, CEO and president of the Aurora Civic Center Authority, outlines the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the theater community. The Aurora Civic Center Authority includes the Paramount Theatre, RiverEdge Park, the Copley Theatre, and the School of the Arts. Rater discusses in detail the different ways the pandemic impacted the theaters from March 2020 through January 2022.
