Jenna Link - Tumultuous 2020

Jenna Link served as the administrator for the Warren County (IL) Health Department, a smaller rural Illinois department located in western Illinois, during the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020-2021. She discusses how the department dealt with the pandemic and how it implemented the nation’s vaccination program in early 2021. She talked about an outbreak of the disease at the Smithfield Packing Plan, and reviewed the Department's extensive communications efforts throughout county government, not-for-profits and the private sector.
