John Lalor - IHSA

John Lalor discussed the status of eight-man football, which has been approved as an IHSA “emerging sport.” As the coach of the Alden-Hebron High School's team, Lalor discussed how the inaugural 2018 season went for the eight-man teams. He also reviewed the impact that Hebron's 1952 State Basketball championship had on the school and the community. Hebron's 1952 Boys Basketball team was the only small school in Illinois history that won the state championship coming from the district level.
