Kiran Joshi - Tumultuous 2020

Dr. Kiran Joshi has served as the Senior Medical Officer of Cook County Department of Public Health since 2014. In April of 2020, he and fellow Senior Medical Officer, Dr. Rachel Rubin, stepped in as Co-Leads of the public health department. Dr. Joshi describes his different duties before the pandemic and how they changed because of the pandemic. He details the ways the Cook County Public Health Department worked to ease the pandemic's effects of Suburban Cook County. He closes by describing his personal experiences with the pandemic.
