Scott Johnson - IHSA

Scott Johnson, the Assistant Executive Director in charge of Technology and Historical record keeping, discusses the early formation of the Illinois High School Association in 1900, with a special focus on the period from 1940-1950. Scott also discusses findings from his own research for the book "100 Years of Madness," as well as from the work by one of the IHSA founders, C.W. Whitten.
