Donya Brown - Tumultuous 2020

Donya Brown was a senior at Richwoods High School when the COVID-19 pandemic began in March 2020. She worked part-time at an assisted living facility delivering food to the residents. She continued to work during the pandemic and details during her interview how the residents' mental health declined with the isolation. Brown graduated with her high school diploma and her certified nursing assistant license in May 2020. Brown shares her experiences as a CNA at both the assisted living facility and then at a hospital. She discusses her view of the pandemic and the different ways she adapted to it.
