Reception Gallery

The Reception Gallery serves as a great extension space for meetings. This versatile space welcomes guests as they arrive at the second floor of the Presidential Library. It features an open concept with natural light from surrounding windows that offer views of the Museum and Union Square Park. It also can be used as a venue of its own for events such as lunches.

Rental Charge

  • $500 Full-Day or Evening 
    • Daytime: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
    • Evening: 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm (up to 4 hours)
  • $250 Half-Day (Up to 4 daytime hours)

Discount opportunities are now offered on multiple venues rented for weekday, daytime Library events. With the first venue (highest rental charge) rented at full price, additional venues are offered at $100 off a full-day rental or $50 off a half-day rental.


Capacities

  • Reception: 100 guests
  • Seated Dinner: 60 guests

Weekend Events

Interested in hosting an event at the Library over the weekend? A Weekend Event Charge applies in addition to the venue rental charge.The additional charge would not apply if three or more venues are rented for a weekend daytime or evening Library event.

  • Weekend Event Charge – Full Day: $500
  • Weekend Event Charge – Half Day or Evening: $300
