Classroom
Continue your attendees’ education and training at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library.
The Classroom is located on the first floor of the Library right off the main hall and offers built-in audio-visual equipment including an 86” interactive smartboard, a podium with microphone and four additional wireless microphones (two hand-held and two lapels).
Training seminars and educational sessions work well in this room as one large room accommodating 48 attendees. The room has a wall divider system so it can be divided into two individual rooms (North and South) that are perfect for conference breakout sessions. Note that the South Classroom contains the built-in audio/visual equipment, though we can set up needed equipment in the North Classroom.

Rental Charge
- $450 Full-Day or Evening
- Daytime: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (up to 8 hours of event time)
- Evening: 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm (up to 4 hours of event time)
- $225 Half-Day (Up to 4 daytime hours)
- Rental of the North/South Classroom is $225 per day.

- Each Classroom: 24 guests
Weekend Events
Interested in hosting an event at the Library over the weekend? A Weekend Event Charge applies in addition to the venue rental charge.
- Weekend Event Charge: Full Day $500
- Weekend Event Charge: Half Day or Evening $300
The additional charge would not apply if three or more venues are rented for a weekend daytime or evening Library event, or if there is a Museum event associated with the Library weekend event.
