Big Fun for Little Learners!

Little Lincoln’s Fireside Tales invites children ages 0–5 (Pre-K) and their caregivers to enjoy a fun and engaging story time with ALPLM Education staff and special guests.

Each month features a new theme brought to life through stories and interactive experiences. Depending on the theme, young learners may enjoy arts and crafts, music and movement, hands-on activities, and other playful ways to learn and explore.

Little Lincoln’s Fireside Tales is free, but advance registration is required. Due to increased demand, two sessions are offered each month. Please register for your preferred session. If that session is full, we encourage you to select the alternate session.

Bringing a class or daycare group? If you work with children ages 0–5 and would like to bring your group to story time, please register all participating children. A few days before the event, email ALPLM.Education@illinois.gov so our Education team can send you the activity files.
