8TH AND Jackson Society
Lincoln’s legacy can be your legacy, too.
The 8th and Jackson Society honors the generous people who include the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum in their estate plans.
A bequest to the ALPLM helps preserve and share Lincoln’s legacy for generations to come.
Society members receive special benefits, have their names recorded in a place of honor at the museum and receive a personalized replica of the “A. Lincoln” name plate that once adorned the Lincolns’ home at 8th & Jackson streets in Springfield, Ill.
To learn more, or to record your estate plans for recognition by the 8th & Jackson Society, contact ALPLM.Development@illinois.gov, or call us at 217-558-8844.
Arranging a gift to the ALPLM can be as simple as adding a single sentence in your will or living trust:
I give, devise, and bequeath to the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum Public Trust, FEIN 61-1846325, the sum of $__ or __ percent of the value of my estate at the time of my death.
The Eighth and Jackson Society is the only program that ensures the intent of your planned gift to the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum.
