PD in Your PJs – "An Evening with the Museum of the American Revolution: Historical Resources and Strategies for the Classroom" Michael Hensinger

For the PD in Your PJs series, we invite you to come as you are, drink what you want, engage with the experts, and leave with 1.0 CPDU credit.

Join an educator from the Museum of the American Revolution in Philadelphia to learn about the Museum's array of resources suitable for use in K-12 classrooms. Together we'll examine some of the highlights of the Museum's collection and explore visual and historical thinking strategies that can be incorporated into classroom routines and student activities.  Participants will also be introduced to the Museum's growing number of free educational resources, including virtual tours, online interactives, and teacher resource guides and walk away with ideas for how to incorporate them into their curricular plans.
