Dr. Janna Deitz, Senior Advisor and Director of Capitol Civics, and Eric Denyer, Education Specialist, for the US Capitol Historical Society will present a PD in PJs on teaching Congress and Article I of the US Constitution. Using primary source materials as examples, attendees will explore ways to help students engage with the purpose and process of the nation’s legislative branch. Free online instructional resources from the Society’s We the People Hub will be shared.
