Join the ALPLM's Lincoln Historian, Dr. Christian McWhirter, and the Education Team, for a fun, participatory session examining famous quotes attributed to Lincoln. In the process of discussing the context for each quote, you'll learn how our team of historians respond to inquiries and engage in fact checking to determine if the quotes attributed to Lincoln were really his. Before concluding the session, we’ll share resources and discuss how to teach students to fact check like a pro.
