History Happy Hour -- Navigating Tumultuous 2020: Stories of Perseverance

Stop by Anvil & Forge Brewing and Distilling after work on Wednesday, July 2022 at 5:30pm to grab a drink and hear an engaging story from our historians during "History Happy Hour"!

Come listen to Tumultuous 2020 project manager, Amanda Riggenbach, share the stories of individual Illinoisans and their perseverance through the pandemic’s uncertainty. You’ll hear the oral history accounts of non-profit directors and employees, social workers, students and teachers, and many more individuals whose lives were changed in March of 2020.

History Happy Hour is a partnership program between the Illinois State Museum and the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum.
