To enhance your event’s creativity, this venue has a built-in 75” interactive smartboard. It also contains built-in counters with a sink, a microwave, and a refrigerator for your group’s convenience.
Rental Charge
- $450 Full-Day or Evening
- Daytime: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (up to 8 hours of event time)
- Evening: 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm (up to 4 hours of event time)
- $225 Half-Day (Up to 4 daytime hours)

Weekend Events
Interested in hosting an event at the Governor's Conference Room over the weekend? A Weekend Event Charge applies in addition to the venue rental charge.
- Weekend Event Charge – Full Day $500
- Weekend Event Charge – Half Day or Evening $300
The additional charge would not apply if three or more venues are rented for a weekend daytime or evening Library event, or if there is a Museum event associated with the Library weekend event.
