SPRINGFIELD, Ill. – The Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum is pleased to announce unique new ways for groups to experience our “State of Sound” exhibit, as well as a wonderful space to hold small team meetings.

With our new Good Morning Gallery program, corporate teams, convention attendees and other groups can explore our Illinois Gallery before the museum opens to the general public. The gallery houses “The State of Sound: A World of Music from Illinois,” a stunning multi-media exhibit on the music and artists who come from the Land of Lincoln.

A Good Morning Gallery event lets a group of 10 to 46 people explore the exhibit at 8 a.m. and then take part in a Q&A with the ALPLM director of exhibits. The program will be offered until the exhibit closes on Jan. 23, 2022. The cost is $15 per person.

Groups can customize their morning at the museum by adding breakfast from Secret Recipes catering, extending the visit to include the full Museum for an additional $5 per person and shopping early at the Museum Store.

Not able to make it to the museum to see the special exhibit in person? This offering will be available online starting July 1, 2021 to enjoy from your office or remote work location.

Good Morning Gallery Online will feature a 25-minute exclusive, taped exhibit experience along with an interactive discussion with the exhibits director. The price for the approximately 45-minute online experience is $400. Add-on offerings include breakfast catering delivered to your office (if in the Springfield area) and purchasing souvenirs from our museum store.
