Good Morning Gallery Online

Can’t make the trip to Springfield to see “The State of Sound: A World of Music from Illinois?” Beginning July 1, 2021 we are offering a Good Morning Gallery Online experience for a group to enjoy from your office or remote work location.
This online offering will include about a 25-minute exclusive, taped experience of the exhibit along with an interactive discussion about the exhibit with the ALPLM Exhibits Director. The price for the approximately 45-minute online experience is $400.
Good Morning Gallery Online may be available at other times during the day based on staffing availability though the Exhibits Director may not be talking with the remote audience from the Illinois Gallery.
To enhance your online experience, we are offering the following Add-Ons:
If you live in the Springfield area, enjoy breakfast during this online experience. Our designated caterer will deliver individually packaged breakfast boxes to your office. Multiple delivery locations may be possible; delivery charge of $35 per location. There are three delicious menus. See the attached menu for full details and à la carte offerings.

Good Morning Gallery

One menu per group though there are choices within a menu. Minimum of 20 guests for breakfast catering. Catering will be invoiced on the confirmation, and payment will be due seven days before the Good Morning Gallery event. (There will be a 16% Facility Fee on the catering total.)
Museum Store Souvenirs
Bring part of the exhibit to where you are. Purchase souvenirs from the Museum Store before or after your online event. Please contact the Venue Rental Office to learn about purchasing items from the Museum Store.
Good Morning Gallery Online experiences are offered weekdays through January 23, 2022 and are based on staffing availability. There is no minimum number of guests for this online offering though we suggest a group of no more than 30 people.
NOTE: The catering minimum is 20 guests.
TO MAKE A RESERVATION: To learn more and make your Good Morning Gallery Online reservation, contact the Venue Rental Office at 217-558-8873 or email@example.com. Our staff will make a reservation for you (based on availability) and send you a Good Morning Gallery Online preliminary invoice.
CONFIRMATION: Confirm your reservation by sending back the signed preliminary invoice within 15 business days of receipt of the preliminary invoice and paying a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the Online Event Total. The deposit will be due by six weeks from receipt of the preliminary invoice. Deposit and final payment may be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or corporate check (payable to the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum). Final payment is due seven days before the online event date.
NOTE: The minimum for catering delivery is 20 guests. The ALPLM will invoice the client for catering on the confirmation sent prior to the client paying the final payment.
CANCELLATION: If it is necessary to cancel a Good Morning Gallery Online reservation, we ask for written notice 30 days before the event date. The group will lose the 25% deposit.
